All of our products come with a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase due to manufacturing defects. We also warranty the L.E.D.s and transformer for a period of 3 (three) years. Should your product fail within this 90 day period then we may replace, repair or exchange at our discretions, in accordance with our Returns Policy. The warranty does not cover weathering or surface scratches as this is considered normal wear. The warranty also does not cover any product that has been altered or damaged due to: normal wear; abuse; improper maintenance; improper use; disassembly of parts and/or attempted repair; modification or alteration by anyone other than an authorized employee of 1-877-GotLite?

We carefully select products of the highest quality so problems are rare. Also every product is checked and tested before it is shipped so this process virtually eliminates those annoying dead-on-arrival situations.

1-877-GotLite? will not be responsible for any misuse, neglect or failure to install or use a product in such a way that it is not recommended or differs from the manufactures instruction.

RETURNS POLICY:

All our products carry a 90 day warranty from date of purchase. This warranty is for coverage against manufacturing defects or malfunction. A product may be returned due to failure provided it is complete with all parts, instructions and undamaged packaging basically send it back the same way it was received. If not, we are unable to accept the return.

Shipping costs are not refundable for either direction. A shipping charge will be payable for any product (reported as faulty) returned during the 90 day warranty period which is inspected to have no fault found.

We recommend that you carefully read and understand the product descriptions and technical specifications prior to purchase Please take great care when you have any doubts as to the product not meeting your requirements you should not proceed with using it or installing it. Keep all parts and packaging (undamaged) to assist with a return authorization.
